Bangladesh has called on Myanmar to address the ongoing crisis in the Rakhine state and its borders, stressing that it cannot engage in negotiations with non-state actors, such as the Arakan Army. "It is incumbent on Myanmar and the regional powers to create a congenial atmosphere for their return," said the foreign adviser.
