Christina Cobb, 42, was discovered by police on November 28 after using a California ID and social security number for an individual named Olga. She had four outstanding warrants for her arrest in connection with two separate cases after she didn't show up for her court appearance in January. Cobb now faces an additional charge for obtaining or using personal identification of another person to avoid or delay being prosecuted for an unlawful act. She was accused of providing alcohol and marijuana to her son and his friends at a birthday party at her house in May 2022. A month later, she was charged with two counts of statutory sexual seduction and one count of lewdness with a child under the age of 16. The alleged victim said that he had been provided alcohol and was 'allowed' to 'sleep in her bed,' according to Las Vegas Police, as reported by 8 News Now . The teen told police he suspected he had eight shots and 'felt drunk' before Cobb sexually assaulted him. The age of consent in Nevada is 16 years old. It's alleged that Cobb told the teen victim to leave her bed before her husband came home, according to police reports. 'She's considered a danger to the community based on the charges - the inappropriate relations, sexual relations, with a child,' said Supervisory Deputy US Marshal Ray Venegas. Christina Cobb, 41, has two warrants for her arrest. In June 2022, she was charged with two counts of statutory sexual seduction and one count of lewdness with a child under the age of 16 She was arrested again in August of the same year for allegedly swinging a crowbar at a teenage family member, fighting with him and lying to police about the incident Her bail was set at $20,000 which she posted in February of 2023. A preliminary hearing for the new charge is scheduled for December 17 and another preliminary hearing for the second case is scheduled for December 16. Now he will get to revel in one of the most visible symbols of success in the city when he rings the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday as he's also named Time Magazine's Person of the Year. Trump is expected to be on Wall Street to mark the ceremonial start of the day's trading, according to four people with knowledge of his plans. He will also be announced Thursday as Time's 2024 Person of the Year, according to a person familiar with the selection. The people who confirmed the stock exchange appearance and Time award were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity. It will be a notable moment of twin recognitions for Trump, a born-and-bred New Yorker who at times has treated the stock market as a measure of public approval and has long-prized signifiers of his success in New York's business world and his appearances on the covers of magazines — especially Time. Trump was named the magazine's Person of the Year in 2016, when he was first elected to the White House. He had already been listed as a finalist for this year's award alongside Vice President Kamala Harris, X owner Elon Musk, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Kate, the Princess of Wales.
