An Ohio zoo is celebrating International Cheetah Day by welcoming two new furry friends to its collection. On Wednesday, Dec. 4, the announced that the facility welcomed two new cheetah cubs, Zola and Lulu. In a press release, the zoo revealed that the two babies were born at the Zoo’s off site property at Mast Farm, outside of Cincinnati. "Happy International Cheetah Day! This year, we have an extra special reason to celebrate- we welcomed 2 cheetah cubs into the Cat Ambassador Program!" the organization . Although the zoo has not revealed exactly how old the cubs are, the pair — named using Swahili words with meaning "tranquil" and "pearl," respectively — are being bottle fed at the the zoo’s nursery by a "dedicated team of their keepers and neonatal specialists." "When they are not eating or sleeping (which are both super cute) they like to teeth on various toys." Zola and Lulu are set to join a number of other cheetahs in Cincinnati, including , born in 2022, and Kris, born in 2019. LOS ANGELES — The programs came calling, last winter, and Kyron Hudson deflected them all to his father. Between USC wide receiver Hudson and Oregon defensive tackle Keyon Ware-Hudson, father Chance reflected, he had about 12 teams reach out about the possibility of his sons entering the transfer portal. A few, Chance told the Southern California News Group back in the fall, were interested in package deals. And father Chance listened, because the money was hard to turn down. But Hudson, even through three years of inconsistent snaps and infrequent opportunity, didn’t want to leave USC. “His answer? From him?” Chance said in the fall, asked if Hudson thought about transferring. “Absolutely not.
