1 How to get Predator Cores 2 All Predator Pals locations 3 Best recipes for Predator Cores Palworld’s Feybreak Update made Pals a bit more deadly, but that does come with a plus: better loot. By defeating tough Pals, you can now get Predator Cores, a new crafting resource for top-tier recipes. Looks like Pocket Pair finally took a hint from its players: we just can’t lug around all this ammo with such a cramped inventory. In the midst of all the grumbling, they must’ve realized that Palworld fans also love Terraria, because they’ve introduced a shiny new legendary sword that shoots out cats – the Meowmere. In this guide, I’ll show you how to get Predator Cores, all locations where you can defeat Predator Pals, and the best recipes to craft with them. How to get Predator Cores You can get Predator Cores by defeating Predator Pals, a new kind of mini-boss marked by their red aura and glowing red eyes. Locate Predator Pals. They spawn in fixed locations across the map, which you can check out on the screenshow below. Equip strong weapons and high-level Pals to handle these mini-bosses. I defeated my first one with a level 50 Suzaku , but it still wasn’t super easy. Once defeated, pick up the Predator Cores (Usually, they drop two). Check known spawn locations and use methods like refreshing the area or reloading the game to increase chances of finding one. All Predator Pals locations Predator Pals, introduced in the Feybreak update, are mini-bosses with 33 fixed spawn locations on the map. You can track them using this interactive map as well. These powerful enemies do not appear on your in-game map, but you can identify them by their distinctive red aura, glowing red eyes, and the word “Rampaging” above their name. Key spots include areas near the volcano, the ice island with the quartz node, and Feybreak Island. They spawn irregularly, so check back every 30 minutes or refresh the spawn by fast traveling, leaving the area, or reloading your game. Best recipes for Predator Cores The best crafting recipes to spend your Predator Cores on are the Meowmere and Inventory Upgrade Pouches . Related: The Meowmere is a weapon that deals melee damage and also throws bouncing cats all over the place. To craft this legendary weapon, unlock it from the Ancient Technology Tree at level 30 and collect the following resources: 3x Predator Cores 22x Ingots 22x Paldium Fragments 22x Coal 40,000x Gold This feature is a godsent – finally giving you extra inventory slots. KAPIT (Nov 25): The Tadika Methodist Private Kapit (TMPK) has been commended for its commitment to provide quality early education to the children here. This was highlighted by Works Minister Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi during an event at the civic centre here Saturday that celebrated the preschool’s 50th anniversary and also served as a fundraiser. “It has been a long journey for Tadika Methodist Private Kapit since its establishment in 1974. It is not an easy task, but I praise the dedication and commitment of its board of management, the tutors and fellow Methodists in Kapit who have been giving their unwavering support to this private early education centre,” he said in his speech. Nanta, who is Kapit MP, said several years ago through government funding, the kindergarten had added a new double-story concrete block to house more classrooms. “I assure you that the government has various ways to help promote education,” he added. He also highlighted the importance for today’s young generation to excel in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and now, artificial intelligence (Al). “This is the trend in today’s world; thus, I call upon the parents to look after their teenage children, guiding them in their early years to focus on their studies.” Among those present at the event were Nanta’s wife Datin Sri Angeline Celestine Ujang, Deputy Minister in Premier’s Department Datuk Jefferson Jamit Unyat, Pelagus assemblyman Wilson Nyabong Ijang, administrative officer to Nanta’s ministry Datuk Alwin Runggah, Nanta’s political secretary Ambrose Abong Bugek, a political secretary to the Premier Watson Awan Jalai, Kapit district officer Cerisologo Sabut, and TMPK chairman Kaso Linang. Later, Nanta announced allocations for the TMPK Fund amounting to RM25,000 from his minor rural project grant, another RM25,000 from Jamit, RM15,000 from Nyabong, RM10,000 from Alwin, as well as RM3,000 each from Cerisologo, Watson and Ambrose. Meanwhile, TMPK headmistress Peteohella Biya informed that the preschool currently has 10 tutors and 135 pupils.

The Raiders designated quarterback Aidan O’Connell to return from injured reserve Monday, the team announced. Coach Antonio Pierce said O’Connell will participate in a walk-through Tuesday but wouldn’t commit to O’Connell playing against the Chiefs on Friday. Gardner Minshew is out for the season with a broken collarbone. O’Connell hasn’t played since breaking the thumb on his throwing hand in a Week 7 game against the Rams. “Just seeing him being able to grip the ball comfortably — hopefully there’s no pain there — and just being able to be efficient,” Pierce said of what he needs to see from O’Connell this week, via Tashan Reed of TheAthletic.com. “To put a player out there that’s hurting or injured still, that’s not in the benefit of the player or the team.” The Raiders benched Minshew for O’Connell against the Broncos in Week 5, and the plan was for O’Connell to start the rest of the way until his injury. Desmond Ridder will start if O’Connell isn’t ready. “At the quarterback position, you’ve got to be smart,” Pierce said. “[O’Connell’s] future is much brighter looking ahead. He’s a young player. We’ve just got to be smart. We have a good relationship, Aidan and myself, and he speaks honestly with me, and I speak honestly with him.”

NEW DELHI - Stunning bribery charges in the United States against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani, who is close to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have ricocheted through India’s political circles and wiped billions from his firms’ market value. On Nov 20, the US authorities announced that they had charged Asia’s second-richest person and head of the Adani Group, an Indian conglomerate whose businesses extend from energy to airports, over an alleged multi-billion-dollar bribery and fraud scheme. Adani, his nephew Sagar Adani and six others were accused of promising more than US$250 million (S$336 million) in bribes to government officials in India to secure lucrative solar energy contracts. They had lied about the bribery scheme as they sought to raise US and international capital, said Mr Breon Peace, United States Attorney for New York’s eastern district. Adani, 62, is alleged to have personally met government officials in India on several occasions to advance the scheme. Arrest warrants have been issued in the US for Adani and his nephew Sagar, and prosecutors plan to hand those warrants to foreign law enforcement, Reuters reported, citing court records. US prosecutors charged Gautam Adani (centre) with participating in a scheme that involved bribing Indian government officials to secure solar energy contracts. PHOTO: AFP Describing the charges as “baseless”, the Adani Group said in a statement: “All possible legal recourse will be sought.” The bribery allegations have come as a shot in the arm for Indian opposition parties, which have long had the Adani Group in their crosshairs, alleging that Adani is bankrolling the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and accusing Mr Modi of favouring and protecting him in return, charges that the BJP has denied. Mr Paranjoy Guha Thakurta, a veteran Indian journalist who has reported extensively on the Adani Group’s alleged wrongdoing, said no industrialist “was ever as closely identified with the head of the (Indian) government as Mr Adani is today”, which is why the latest development “is bound to have an impact on India’s overall political economy”. “Politics, because the opposition will scream. And on the economy, because Adani’s stocks are very, very important in the market,” he told The Straits Times. The impact of the allegations in faraway US have already been felt in the Indian stock market. The combined market valuation of all 10 listed Adani Group firms fell sharply by 2.19 trillion rupees (S$34.8 billion) on Nov 21, according to a report from the Press Trust of India. On the same day, Adani Green Energy, which is building the “world’s largest renewable energy plant” in Gujarat in western India, cancelled plans to raise US$600 million in US dollar-denominated bonds. At a press conference on Nov 21, Mr Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition, said Adani should be arrested immediately and questioned, but acknowledged this was unlikely. “We want to show the country that Mr Adani will not be arrested, and he won’t be arrested because India’s Prime Minister is standing behind him,” he said. Mr Gandhi, a Congress party leader, also called for the sacking of Ms Madhabi Puri Buch, chairperson of the country’s securities regulatory body, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, accusing her of failing to investigate wrongdoings by the Adani Group. Congress has demanded that a joint parliamentary committee probe be conducted to look into the Adani Group’s alleged wrongdoings, with leaders from Aam Aadmi Party and All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) - both opposition parties - calling for an independent judicial probe. “This is deeply rotten... Biggest question is: how much is the involvement of Modi & BJP in this?” TMC spokesperson Saket Gokhale said in a post on X on Nov 21. At a press conference on the same day, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra refused to get drawn into the specifics of the charges and said the Adani Group would defend itself. “The law will take its own course,” he added. Mr Patra noted that the four states, including Chhattisgarh and Tamil Nadu, mentioned in the US indictment against Adani and his associates had non-BJP governments during the period from July 2021 to February 2022 when the bribes were allegedly promised to the government officials. Mr Patra, however, did not mention Jammu and Kashmir, a region that also figures in the US criminal indictment. A former state, the region has since 2019 been governed directly by the BJP-led central government as a federally administered territory. Mr Gandhi has said he is open to an investigation in all states concerned, including those ruled by the Congress and other opposition parties. “If Ambani and Adani follow due process, we have no problem but if they are working with criminality, working for monopolisation, working through corrupt means, then we have a problem,” he said, referring to Mr Mukesh Ambani, Asia’s richest person, and chairman and managing director of Indian conglomerate Reliance Industries. The charges filed in New York are yet another blow to Adani, who had an estimated net worth of US$85.5 billion on Nov 20 and was the world’s 18th richest person, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. In January 2023, he was accused by the US short-seller Hindenburg Research of a “brazen stock manipulation and accounting fraud scheme”, following which the group’s fortunes plummeted by over US$80 billion. The Indian mogul regained much of his wealth in early 2024. The indictment in the US coincides with a Nov 19 ruling from the High Court in Bangladesh that directs the government to conduct a high-level inquiry into its electricity purchase deal with Adani Power Limited in 2017. The firm’s energy exports to Bangladesh have been controversial, with claims that it forces Dhaka to buy power at exorbitantly high prices. On Nov 20, Kenya announced the cancellation of a more than US$700 million deal its energy ministry had signed with a unit of the Adani Group to construct power transmission lines. Kenyan President William Ruto attributed the decision to “new information provided by investigative agencies and partner nations”. Timoney scored a try in a man-of-the-match display as Connacht fell to a third successive URC loss where they have not managed to pick up a single point, even with two of them at home. “I’m just so proud of this team. Our backs were really against the wall,” said Timoney. “We had lost a few in a row but looking back on those games there was nothing we couldn’t fix. We knew the results would come if we got a few things right, and we did that.” Ulster led 10-7 at the break, having started the game superbly and dominated the opening quarter when Connacht just could not get their hands on the ball on a perfect night for rugby in Galway. Connacht struggled with Ulster’s early blitz and when out-half Jack Murphy, in his first start, executed a brilliant 50:22 after a knock-on by Bundee Aki after two minutes, the visitors penned Pete Wilkins' side deep inside their own half. The pressure eventually told after a series of set-pieces inside the Connacht 22 and loosehead Eric O’Sullivan, with a penalty advantage, made it over the line near the left post. Nathan Doak converted to lead 7-0 after 12 minutes. Ulster pushed on from there with No.8 academy player James McNabney leading the way and Doak extended their lead with a penalty in front of the posts after 14 minutes. But with Connacht getting an edge in the scrum where Finlay Bealham got the upperhand on O’Sullivan, they started to build the phases after having just 37% possession in the opening quarter. The Ulster defence was good despite their troubles in the scrum but they were carved open six minutes from the break with a sublime chip from Jack Carty was fumbled by Ulster full-back Mike Lowry and the ball bounced kindly for Mack Hansen who collected and raced in to score under the posts. Carty converted to cut the gap to 10-7. Ulster brought in Andrew Warwick for O’Sullivan at the start of the second-half and were forced to make another change when winger Werner Kok had to go off and was replaced by Wilhelm de Klerk. Bealham and Connacht won another penalty in the first scrum of the second-half after 50 minutes to clear their lines but Ulster’s defence was organised, pilfering the lineout through Cormac Izuchukwu before countering from deep and when Sean Jansen, just on the field, was pinged for offside Ulster had no hesitation in going for the right corner. And they were rewarded after McNabney took the lineout, with the superb Nick Timoney spinning away and somehow managing to ground the ball. Doak added the difficult conversion from the right to lead 17-7 after 56 minutes. Connacht changed their half-backs with Ben Murphy coming on to play against his brother Jack — with dad Richie in the Ulster coaching box — while Cathal Forde moved to out-half after Jack Carty was replaced by Shane Jennings. Connacht, with Jansen carrying well, pushed forward in a bid to save the game but their error count remained high, squandering a penalty to the left corner with a knock-on after taking the lineout, while another promising lineout in the right corner was again turned over. And then after opting for the corner with a penalty on the 22, Forde kicked the ball dead as he went for maximum ground just over ten minutes from the end. A chip from Hansen saw him almost get in for a second try and when Dave McCann was forced to carry back over his own line, Connacht were presented with a five-metre scrum in front of the posts six minutes from time. But the new Ulster front row got the shove and forced a penalty to clear their lines and they held on from there to secure a badly needed win. Scorers for Connacht: Try: M Hansen. Con: J Carty.
