Beyond the hostages, there is hardly any leverage to get Israel to agree to a ceasefire in Gaza. Hezbollah had been attacking Israel in a show of support towards Palestine. (Nasdaq: GLLI, GLLIW, GLLIR, GLLIU) (“ Globalink ” or the “ Company ”), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that its stockholders approved amendments to its charter and trust agreement to extend the deadline to complete its initial business combination and change the structure and cost of such extensions. Under the amended charter, Globalink may extend the deadline to complete its initial business combination by up to six (6) monthly extensions, from December 9, 2024 to June 9, 2025 by depositing $60,000 into its trust account (the “ Trust Account ”) with Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company (“ Continental ”). Then another text from the accused stated, "If he dies you already know what time it is." Silva would later be pronounced dead in hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to the stomach. Guerra Guerra would be charged and in court he has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and assault with a weapon. Last week, the jury was told that Altmann and her defence team are no longer involved in the trial and that they were not to speculate as to the reason. The trial resumes next week.
